So…I didn't feel like cooking tonight. My husband suggested the new personal pizza from the old standby pizza chain. Turns out 2 personal pizzas plus delivery was $40+…that's too much for mediocre delivery. I suggested Dee's Hangout… We chose to share the Fried Seafood Platter. Not only was it more food than we could eat but everything was delicious! The oysters were crispy and flavorful. The shrimp fried to perfection. The crab cakes were the best that I've ever had. The flounder was so light and flaky. And the house made Tatar sauce was so creamy and delicious. I will chose Dee's again and again!!!

Eaten several times and have to admit the Grouper bite appetizer are excellent and one of our favorites. Had to split the seafood platter with my husband as they always give a generous portion of food. On our next trip to PC we will definitely dine there again!

This is my 23rd year in a row to come down to Panama City Beach and we always eat at Dee's Hangout. The one thing that we eat every year is the shrimp and grits. It's the best that we've had a.nywhere including New Orleans.
